Today I saw this on the irc server Global

It is just temporary:

So if you find yourself that irc.gamers-irc.net is offline, we move the channel to irc.ham.de.euric.net.

You can also go there with the old (better according some) applet:

If irc.gamers-irc.net is back online, we'll post here a message and move back.

[Logon News - Dec 30 2004] We will be migrating over to a new server during the next few days while DNS is changed/updated, if you would like to be on early the IP is 69.59.176.210
