this topic here was opened to organize resistance to TO. anyone who are anti-TO or any alliance who are officially against TO, plz post ur names here. we'll communicate through tha game and organize battles easier that way if need be. if you are a frend of TO and want to declare your allegiance to them, plz post your name as well. however, kno that you will become a target of the Anti-TO coalition. thank you all.

The anti alliance type alliance has been tried several times, with and without success.
1/ The anti Dylar alliance-:The Final Gathering.
Successful Dylars routed Gathering wins round 2.
2/ The anti Space Merc alliance - Bounty Hunters/lost boys/various multis of god.
Unsuccessful, Mercs fought lost boys to a standstill at the battle of deadeye and forged a truce. Coalition fell apart.
3/ Anti borg Collective various alliances/various multis of god.
Successful, ABC successfully outlasted Borg.
I dont think TO have anything in common with the above bad guy alliance's with perhaps the exception of the Mercs, who were hated cos of their points and their style.
I have left out the anti species stuff cos I dont think it is quite up there with the above.

Gimme a break.. we have wronged no-one, we fought and fought for our position.
and yes now we sit pretty at the top of the ranks, with seemingly no competion.
We are hated (by some) simply because we are the best alliance out there right now, and everyone is so damn affraid of us that they won't do anything about it.
Dictators, sure we are...
Cocky, of course we are... what else do we do to fuel the fire to get people to form an alliance that may challege us..
We are hated because we are envied... simple as that

your right. anti coalitions dont always werk. most importantly it is bc of disorganization and fear. some fear tha enemy too much. some give up too soon. and others arent entirely loyal. if we have a common enemy, we need to set aside differences and prepare to sacrifice to rid of ourselves of a common threat. if TO, does however, ask for nap or anything, however, then we need to allow them so. but since they are TO, it is highly unlikely.
