modifies LP by -5000 of 99999999 ships of any ship-type in the enemy fleet in all classes, there are no known ships and buildings that survive this effect.

| let it in! I want one now!!!!! I have so many uses for it rught about now. Dominion of the Travellers came by and obliterated my entire fleet and it wasnt fair to me because I should've been able to destroy it. |
