we added a feature to translate the whole pages in the game into every known language.
everybody can start translating soon the text-blocks that are not translated.
now we need a responsible person for each language.
we have one for dutch and german already.

so if you are good in choosing the right words for the game pages in your language, please volunteer here

and we have a finnish translation already

great, nemesis and dutchbatter.

tell me or send me a pm with your username, and i will add you.
@nemesis, do you want to do the end-check too?
@dutchbatter: i add you as editor, we have so that does the end-check.

the responsible person can lock the text-blocks, so noone else can edit it anymore.

next week we will open spacetrace to all languages. then there will be a small "T" behind each text-block that is not locked. and everyone can add his language (or just leave it in english, if you don`t like )

the new feature is available to everyone now.

you have a small "T" behind the textblocks that can be translated

@methody: you want to be the end-translator for bulgarian?

@promethius: you can be the one for irish, what is your username?

i see there is some stuff already translated, (just enter "irish" in preferences, not "ie" - just in case)

and thanx nemesis for the danish.
(i messed up the special characters in the newbie help in the com screen, can you fix them? )

and you can all translate the register page too, just enter the language there and press "register" then the page reloads with the message "please enter this and that" but that doesent matter and you can start editing the words in the entered language.

the same thing on the startpage, you can only edit it at the moment you leave the game with the link on top of the navigation (in the game)

yes, it can be translated into any language now (even klingon)

@methody:
did you start?, cause the bulgarian translations look strange to me:
your score= òî÷êè

i probably need the bulgarian language support.
does it look ok on your computer?

this would be this charset:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251" />

or is it charset bg-koi8-r ?

that would be this:

РНВЙХ

on my PC it looks good, this is Cyrillic though so I ain't very sure 'bout the charset...
In the IE options when I click on Encoding -> the selected option is "Cyrillic (Windows)"

ah ok, maybe we add the charset to the php-scripts, but if you say it looks finee in your computer i think there is no need to add it. (it would be only for people, that dont have a bulgarian operating system.)

@all:
please translate the sentence on top of the startpage when you log out, cause then google will find the translation and people that look for example for a finnish online game will find spacetrace
