I dont think this tech should be race specific how would that be fair that kazzuuulas get to trace fleets and not other races.Also how are you going to get rid of this thing It`s not fair that someone has that much control over seeing where your fleets go I think there should be a time limit or something then it self destructs or loses power. The way this thing is I would have to suicide my fleet at someones base just to kill it.

That's the down part of it. You can also just go home. This one is much better than a trace probe. But for 200mp?!

This one is interesting... I like it! But I agree with mackman, it shouldn't be race specific. Also, how can you tell that the mp is just right for it? It must be very difficult to assign a reasonable mp to it.

it could be kazuuula and the trace probe would be nanite tech.

you can get rid of it easily, the bug only has 1 mp, so in battle or just go home and recycle it (like a nano virus)

If that will be kazzuuula and trace probe is nanite then where does that leave the rest of the races?With no tracing capability???And the whole point of those trace techs is to find out where players are going and also the home cords so why would you want to go home and recycle it?At least with a trace probe you see that its there when you change cords and you can fly out of range then head home but with this thing you have to destroy it somehow so you dont get traced back.Anyway It could be cool but not race specific.I already thought of a way to dump it off so no biggie with destroying it.

So you use not mp to keep it in their fleet? If this comes into play then the trace probe or the hyperjump thingy is no use. THis would be the better deal rite?

This is a good idea but like previously mentioned it shouldnt be race specific and it should have a limited life like maybe one day

or make it keep one fleet slot occupied until the tracebug is destroyed as a cost. otherwise it's a nice invention i think. would bring an extra element to alliance wars.
