i cannot see the use of jamming class 1 in class 4 battle, the battle is allready "over" by then.
I don't see how i could use this ship in my advantage, or how it can be sufficient used against my class one.

If it acts in the class-4 battle: How very useless. If it acts in the class-1 battle: How very overpowered.
I don't like it either way. (and besides, the Homeworld 2 battlecruiser is an anti-capitol-ship vessel)
