i made a little welcome page, it will be shown when you log in and you are still in protection mode.
it shall inform the player about this game and motivate to keep the rules and to be patient for the bginning.

anyway ... it is not very usefull to have more than one account, but some noobs try out to gain more power, but it won`t work! You will gain no strategic advantage.
pls. let it be and use only one account, it`s more fun and the good players do it like that too.
- if you accepted the rules above you can try out all war tactics and strategies you can imagine: spionage, sabotage, intruige, propaganda in the forums... just like in real war !

de toute façon … ce n’est pas très utile d’avoir plus qu’un compte, mais quelques nouveaux l’essayent pour atteindre plus de pouvoir, mais ca ne marchera pas! Tu n’y gagnera aucun avantage strategic.
s.v.p. laisser tomber et n’utilisez qu’un compte, c’est plus amusant et c’est aussi comme ça que jouent les bon joueurs
- si tu as accepté les règles mentionné, tu pourras essayer toutes tactiques et strategies de guerre imaginables: espionage, sabotage, intrigues, propagandes dans les forums… comme en guerre reël !
