Very expensive, to pay 6 mp to destroy 1 fighter of 1 mp or mabey a bulk fighter of 4 mp. So in every case you will loose points.
It has mabey only sence when there is no class 1 in the enemy's fleet, but than you can better use the v2005 rocket ( http://manual.spacetrace.org/tec.php?lang=&techname=v2005%2Brocket&tec_id=179&#id179 ).
No idea who invent this.

This ship cost 6 and it's 10/1
If get turn, it self destruct

One is better. And it's name is Prophet
Just think:
It can destroy a whole fleet!!! (Your own)
Unlike the Kamikaze that destroy only 2
It do a lot of damage, more than the Kamikaze
