Instead of producing a new super power, in June i plan on producing a school this hopefully will help noobs get addicted to the wonderful game.

Therefore i will be recruiting "professors", enrolling of "students" will commense in June. The students are requested to spend a (i m not sure how to spell the following word plz correct me if i m wrong)semmester at the school, after which you will graduate if we see fit, after the first semmester you will either be expelled requested to become a tutor for a second semmester so that you teach the basics and refine your talents as a warrior, the best tutors will be offered a position as a proffessor.

They can stay or choose toleave to join or start a new alliance maybe even with their class mates. But be warned the agreement to become a student will be binding and if you choose to leave without speaking to your superior will result in hostilities and you being targeted as potential practice for the students.

if you wish to become a proffessor send me a private message.

P.S we will not expell you as a student, but after you graduate from being a student you may be expelled with honours(you will not be targetted)

P.S.S proffesors may be listed at a later date. and the Head Master may be elected from amongst the proffessors.

This is the best idea i've seen in ages. I think it would solve many of the noob-problems.

Well it is a great idea, but first it has to work because I don't think much noobs are waiting at an half year during course. I would say a cursus of 1/2 months and extent the manual with a page "how to start", a precise description about how to survive the first x weeks. What do you need to research, how do you find an alliance.

we might need to disipline lol so a few apostate spheres lol.

all we really need is a mention in the manual, and maybe an admin would like to become a proffessor as you know the game better than anyone.

I agree, this is a fine idea.
For myself I am taking a break from newb training for a while, it is quite taxing.

However, I am sure I can offer some assistance.

For example, many newer players can grasp the concept of attacking quite well, but find defending rather difficult.

To assist with the learning process of defense I would like to suggest-:

A Professor of the college to provide me with the co ords of a player in need of training.

I will then educate said student, giving 5 hours/10 sectors notice as an incoming. This will give said student plenty of time to build a vessel scan and arrange his fleets accordingly.

Would this be of help to you??

yes, we were thinking of a proffessor of defense though, along with offense, diplomacy, tactics, and one who teaches tutors how to teach the newer students the basics, you can be like a freelance

The first one is nice. If you are short in professors I am willing to help as reserve professor. But I think you first need applications and than calculate the number of professors.
