First a little introduction. We are 6 profesors, current names are irrelevant, but very expirenced bunch from borg-war (LXG, Whale Hunters, Illumis...), nazgul-specis/privateers war, and so on...
Also we have 6 Tutors, and few Students.

We get our position based on knowledge & expirience.

We are ready to transfer our knowledge to You, if You want so. all You have to do is ask.

Sheesh, and I had you pegged as Species, so much for my sources.

How do the lessons work exactly? Do the Proffessors take the students for excursions?, or simply give instructions from probe data etc.

How do you discipline recalcitrant students?

Is there homework?

Do the students practice battle against each other, or the proffessors, or against others?

Is there a Proffessor of Spamming to cover forum discussions?

Likewise Irc.

Do the students get a reference when they graduate?

What revrence more do you need then the fact that you came from Space Academy.
Believe me there is homework.
Recalcitrant students are disciplined, fortunatly it differs from person to person so there will be nog guidline for future studens.
We do not operate by the rule that a specific teacher teaches a specific subject.
Sometime it works like this but normally you get the basics form teachers and you keep asking questions.

Not everything is learned by doing it.
For example how do you practise to become a good MoC - these things you learn by learning the methods of communication and the code of space honour.

LoL, You know I wouldn't do that even if I stayed in Species

As for lessons, there are two types:
If Students wish to do it them self, we will encourage them, but u know how most of n00bs feel about attacking themself, so we combine attack atleast one Professor (or Tutor) with Student(s).

They are advised on battle tactics, in way of: "What can happen if u attack such probed fleet, and most important, why will that happen!"

Most important thing is to help them understand battles, not to learn few good fleet setups, and go around like stupid geeks. That is first and main degree.

Then we will offer them to be our Tutors, and learn them diplomacy,
how to behave in forum and in-game diplomacy. That is second degree.

Best Tutors and Students can go to higher positions, other will have to go their own way, once they recive our diploma.

And, after some time student will recive their mentor, Professor that will lead them to graduation.

There are no bad Students, only bad Professors.

However, Students are required to listen advices from Professors, if they don't then we se no point of teaching them.

Spying is considerd very bad! And we will deal such Students... as it is common in this game. That is a lesson too .

We will post student who graduted, if they want so. It is their descision to reamian undercover or public...

Our school is raising, yet we invite again ppl to join in, and learn some useful stuff (for SpaceTrace of course)

we also try to keep this topic up, because as we understand, ppl don't see it, and they don't join for that reason.
