All newbs who are fanatic and willing to learn, try to come to the IRC channel (#spacetrace) mostly there are people around there willing to help (like me) nick Gorthmog.

To me it looks like new players are taken care of quite good.
This is a good thing.
I am reading the manual and following the forum to see how the game is played.
Maybe I will join. I will let these Space Acadamy recruiters know when I start playing.

What is exactly that you learn in the academy?
If strategy, will a message from a prof to a student be easier than having people join the alliance "Academy"?
If practice, will that only serve the same purpose as joining a powerful alliance? |

Both are relevant, you can also message "veteran" players ingame if you like, not all are in the alliance acadamy LoL.
It is just a basic gameplay, strategic, politic etc. learning process i guess
You can msg me if you want, i am not in the acadamy

Why is nazgul recruiting in the forum of space academy?
It is better to open a own forum. So please open a own topic under "Discussion and requirement" to recruit players.
