having spoken to him, he means 5lp, not 15lp. the manpower has to b high cos of all the extra ppl needed 2 wind gafa tape around it!

| i like the idea. it would be useful for the those times when ur fleets are far from home, and you are being attacked by 2 or more people and thus need to rebuild quick to block the following fleet. would be an idea to put a quick fighter and "quick cruiser along with this. |
