This is a good ship, but we don't need it. Because we have already ships to counter the dreadnought.
Look to the plasma gun ship (mycilloid too) and the oblirator (e-ray). These 2 ships are on the pre warp planets and those ships are cheaper than the hunter. You can see in your HQ screen and than "ships on planets" where you can find those ships.
