i hope that the allies still exist
but i think the alliances are existing too, but with no (active) members of course. but they got a tag and a password and u cant open an alliance that once existed without knowing the tag and the password.
peace

I think the abandonned players are calculated in the number of members in the Statistics aren't they?

But, in our alliance there are 11 players.
Some of them were/are abandonned and they are all counted...
Take a look at it if you want...

sorry, i didn't read thoroughly
i thought u talk about banned players.
yes abandonned players are counted, unless you ban them.
the points still count to your alliance and maybe the players log in again, it yould not be good, if you could not use their transwarpgates, only because the player is on holidays for 8 days.
do you think there should be a threshhold for abandoned players, when they are auto-kicked from alliances (maybe 1 month)? |

No, I think the alliance could discuss, whether the player shall be banned or not.
There has not to be an automatic function which bannes the inactive players.

But it is not fair if an alliance consists only out of abandonned players because they are "unattackable" and will be able to keep their points.

That's just what I thought when I opened this thread.
I think abandoned members don't have to be banned automatically but if an alliance just consists of abandoned players it should be closed down. |

That's something I didn't see. As you said, they would be immortal...an alliance of ghosts *huhu*
So I agree with you. An alliance consisting only of abandonned players should be banned!
