if this ships LP or AP get multiplied it creates 9 kamikaze in your own fleet in the class they belong and the created ships will stay in that fleet after battle.

I like it. Humans were needing a stronger fighter. Although, expensive to build in numbers. But this is exceptable to balance it out. Don't change a thing.
One specre modifies 1000 of these, and he gets 9000 kamekaze fighters in return. I HAVE GOT TO GET ME SOME OF THESE!
You forgot the 10MP per ship. you can build less than 500 f-kam9. Assuming you have 450 f-kam9. So the max. ships you can get is 4050 kami. Don't forget each kami destroy 2 other class1 ships. Finally you can only get 1350 kami in your attacking force. With the MP of 450 f-kam9, you can build 4500 kami directly.
The advantage of this ship is it avoid being destroyed by the first attack. It is weak against standard kami and penguins.
