The time of ST isn't right anymore.
Last weekend the time is changed. The cloack must forward 1 hour.

DST (zomertijd) is not in every country the same. Furthermore displays the clock GMT time (Greenwich Median Time, ST: Galaxy Mean Time) or UTC time. So you must subtract instead of 1 hour, 2 hours.
