Nonsense.
Said Pulsar was duly claimed on behalf of the Privateers Alliance by Admiral Aeleon of the Planet Posthölle.
In full compliance with Galactic law he then did place our flag
On said pulsar.
We thus claim full ownership and exploitation rights to said pulsar (henceforth to be referred to as booty, as required by Law)under the immutable law of space and time section 3a Finders Keepers Clause one cited.
Please do not waste our time with legalistic mumbo jumbo, that was 2 rounds ago.

It is sort of like the black hole, but if i am not wrong these two provide you with researches you normally cannot do, instead of the points you gain by keeping the black hole.
But it is mostly meant as a massive battle field, everybody fights there with each other mostly i think

Not the same as black hole as far as I can tell. I do think I may have created this thing by sending concentrated graviton beams to that area using the new graviton emitter screen the admins put in on the last update.
