No, crap is impossible, impossible is crap.
Ship must be balanced, original and needed.
If it does not fit one or more of these demands it is crap and can be found in impossible then.
If the community and the admins thinks the ship is needed, it can be found in Possible new Technologies forum. (and after a while in the already all existing tecs)
All the other ships remain in the New Technology Inventions.
