calling all alliances(except borg) join the peace treaty. the deal:
1. peace throughout universe except at black hole(all out war over there)
2. united attacks against enemy alliances. (kind of like the Republic in starwars)
3.no master alliances. equal alliances
4. discusions between leaders and MoCs only if any single alliance member has a problem which the alliance can t solve call for help from other alliances.

I am up for it, this way we can fight our own battles, but when it comes to borg and you are overpowered, we must unite. The borg has grown again and you can watch by and see them destroy your ennemies, but there will be a time when your ennemies will do the same. So therefore i think this is a good idea, everybody must work together when it comes to borg.
This way the game remains interesting for everybody, and i will not declare war on borg, but i will try to help out the ones in need when attacked by borg.
But i think only fight at black hole will not work.
It will be a form of defence, old wars must be set aside for as long as there is a borg threat.
Well we must further discuss on how to do this, but i think it could work.

Borg is a virus, and it is spreading.
There are solutions to the problem, and that is to form the opertion of elimination.
We as life forms in the galaxy can control the virus.
The Virus can do us great damage.
Do you want to be part of the problem or part of the solution?
Are we all going to sit still until the Virus has absolute power over us?
I am not eager to wait and see,and am enthusiastic that a proposal has been made to deal with this right away.
This is a galaxy problem, and I am asking all members to do what is right.
What you think is right, opinions should come flowing in, let Democracy rule
There should be buttons for assistant cow and more positions in total.
We can form the first U.N. (United Alliances)
Very importantly: An Alliance remains an Alliance and Rules within Must be Respected at all times.
And as Gorthmog says: No War on the Borg and as LXG CoW quotes: We reserve the right to withdraw at any time.

the borg is no virus...
the only virus are the anarchist planets who do wars and other evil...
there is no need for a peace treaty...
there will be peace when all players will be brothers in one large collective...
the objective of the borg is not war - it is to bring peace and friendship to all players...
so come on and join the borg...

we are no virus - we are a movement - open tags are fresh and cool 
but i think small letters will do (i dont know if CAPITAL LETTERS will work as well):

Borg must be a virus, there speanding spam throw out the spacetrace forum's as there numbers are growing throw out the known spacetrace galaxy and wow they post there allainces info to join them too.  |

I am too small to be hurt by borg, I just attacked a borg, don't get pissed about the attack, didn't know he was borg, and six of eight, remember when u said we are at nap, and ur member attacked me? Phantom and Sir Lancelot, the two who run Borg...will not be excluded from updates, we are not going to play dirty, the nap is necessary, I thank you for that. Whizz, its not you, I will help you with this virus in the galaxy, sorry that you have been infected, but be sure, u will be treated soon. Your fever's above 40 already, be careful of dehydration.
Just a bit of added spice to spacetrace can do no harm...boredom's a virus too
