I can't se BR-s of other players (as I could at the end of last round.
Is this a bug, or a feature?

I don't think it is a very good feature. I cant see them either.

only 24 hours old br are visible, just wait.
the fleet of the player will be secret , only the enemy fleets are show (the names of the enemies are secret too ) |

its fixed now.
and the history is now visible only at the bottom of your own battlereports |
