This is not a bug, you will have around 5000 mp, sometimes a little bit less, sometimes a little bit more. At least for as far as I understood.

| Well, normally it doesn't matter much if you have 4900 mp instead of 5100 if you use good tactics... I for myself never had a disadvantage because of those 200 people. |

it is fun this way, if we all have 5000 mp, the game'll get boaring!
its just luck, it doesnt affect the players ability to win by much anyway! it is important if you know what you doin with your man not how many man you got!
