| If I build a pioneer ship and bring it to another pre-warp planet. can I cloak my planet and still use the pioneer ship and the rest of my fleet? |

Is easy
Build the Pioneer Ship, when arrive and the shipyard is builded, you only need to recyble the Pioneer ship
But i think that the Cloak Generator can be builded in the Pre Warp World...
