| As the leader of an alliance i noticed there isnt much to do, i mean ok you can recruit and ban but what else? why not be able to promote people for example, this would (hopefully)make them actually follow orders! and, well i dunno there just should be more screens for the leader (i think he should also have the fleet screen to make sure people do as told). Well you guys suggest something, my point is: Leaders need more to do! (especially promotion but there should be some ups and downs for this) |

Leaders lead. They don't have to do anything else. If you want to give people ranks and promote and demote them then fair enough, set up a website and do it. How you run your alliance is entirely up to you as its leader. Leadership may be loosley termed the ability to get people to do what you want and retain their good faith, if you're not doing this then perhaps you are to be brought into question as a leader.

anyway, the idea sounds nice - what exactly did you mean with promotion ?
a kind of honour-account for each user and the leader can select the amount of honour the alliance members gained? |

Very Nice Idea!
I love that. In the beginning the Leader have to lead. But after there comes CoW and MoC. Now the Leader is only the Leader. The CoW coordinates the attack and defense and the MoC makes the Communication!

Why we don't give the leader the abbility to make his own ranks and give the ranks the privileges. Like: access to the mTWG, alliance_fleets, alliance_com-center.
