the neutron cruiser emmitts a sphere of neuton sized atoms. it dammages both your fleet and the enemy fleet. class 1 lp is modified -50, classes 2-4 lp modified by -25. only one can be opperating at a time, and will self destruct at the end of combat.

manpower: 2050
researchtime: 1 d 20 h
buildingtime: 12 h

needed research:
gravity
battle details:modifies AP/LP by 0/-50 of all ships of any ship-type in both fleets in class 1
(battle engine syntax: mod,both,all,1,all,+,0,-50)
modifies AP/LP by 0/+30 of all ships of any ship-type in both fleets in class 2;3;4
(battle engine syntax: mod,both,all,2;3;4,all,+,0,30)

Looks a lot like the doomstar except the doomstar cost 250 mp more and destoys class 3.
So this ship wouldn't add much to the game.

Yes it does destroy the ships. Subtract 50 lp of all ships in class 1 will destroy all ships (except a fighter who's got 50 times an escort of the escort fighter). And subtract 30 lp of all ships in class 2 will destroy also all ships.
And the battle syntax is wrong
