Penguins did not recycle

Ok, this is a big bug that makes the Penguin way to over powered. I have had at least 4 battles in the last 24 hours where the damn penguins did not recycle and this has cost me alot. please get it fixed.

if i'm reading your battle report right only 2 of the penguins (4/1) came in to play so there was no need for the whole amount of them to recycle them selfs.But maybe i'm wrong

battle details:

1. fights
   (battle engine syntax: f)
   
2. after the fight of each subbattle of your class 4, but only once (if there are more ships doing the same effect) it recycles all penguins in your own fleet in class 1, the targets are removed from the fight, but no points are won or lost.
   (battle engine syntax: event,4,recycle,self,all,1,penguin)

So after the class 4 battle it will recycle all penguins. IF your class 4 doesn't battle (because you or your enemy doens't have class 4), than it won't destroy your penguins.
