| If you have 1 fleet invader in your fleet will all enemy fleets fly home after the battle no matter what? I dont quite understand this one. |

The Admin. say to making effects with ground troops is needed 1000 (This is so much)
And that is incorrect.
First you are somplace that not are the base of you target, sure?
So this ship making effects in the base of the target player.
