I have a fleet showing in alliance incomings near an allies planet. As it happens I also have a dsp on that planet. The fleet is not on the dsp. How can this be? The fleet incoming is not showing as an eta, it appears tht it is already at the co ords. But the dsp shows no such fleet at all. The fleet in question was visible about 24 hours ago however.

I have also been having problems with my probes and sensors. My dsp is working, but my vessel scan is not. None of my fleets are showing up on it. A couple of hours ago a fleet passed nearby, and it did show up on my scan, though.
Also, my sensors are not picking up all incoming fleets. It is only working about half the time. I am baffled.

Same here. I have allies sitting at my planet, but my sensors don't see them.

Ok this is getting really silly now.
I went to the planet. The dsp is not showing fleets that are actually there. I lost my ms. I also fought the base twice.

So my dsp was not showing a base fleet and another fleet one. It was showing the other fleets at the planet. Admin you can log into my account and see for yourself, My fleet is not going anywhere!!!

My vessel scan is now showing "nothing found". I have several fleets of my own and allies parked there.
