I had 2 class 3 ships plus missiles but none of them fired/reconstructed, How So???

your class 3 vs enemy class 3: V ^
you:
1 cruiser
1 minor reconstructor
3 missiles
enemy:
35 cruisers



2 missiles vs 1 cruiser






1 cruiser vs 1 cruiser
1 cruiser vs 1 missile
1 cruiser vs 1 minor reconstructor




losses:
you :
1 cruiser
1 minor reconstructor
3 missiles
enemy :
-
score in this subbattle: -160

Thats easy! The Reconstructor was destroyed before he rebuild!
You had a lucky Opponent.

at least 2 of your missles shot.

i am not certain bout how the battleengine sorts the ship but here is one reasonable example how your fight worked:

.....CCCCCCCCCCCC CMRMM

1: enemy got first shot and shot a cruiser
2: your 1st missle shoots & selfd.
3: enemy shoots Reconstructor
4: your 2nd missle shoots & selfd.
5: enemy shoots last missle


maybe admins could state if it could happened like this way...

That sort of makes sense, but I thought missiles were also targets, in previous battles that is the way I thought they worked, I thought they dissapeared at the End of the battle, as it happens, I have yet to have a successful reconstruction, I am wondering if there may be a little bug, but have not had enough battles to form a solid opinion.

MISSLE:
battle details:
fights
(battle engine syntax: f)
self destructs!
(battle engine syntax: sd)

KAMIKAZE:
fights
(battle engine syntax: f)
modifies AP/LP by 0/-1100 of 2 ships of any ship-type in your own fleet in the same class
battlemessage: "kamikaze destroys ... ships"
(battle engine syntax: mod,self,2,this,all,+,0,-1100,kamikaze destroys)
self destructs!
(battle engine syntax: sd)


both have "sd" and i am quite sure the kamikaze selfdestructs directly after its turn.. so the missle will do as well.
