no cuz the councile doesnt have to meet because everyone isnt on and well attack only if it's just.. tell the alliance and take the person into submission.

| Well lets think of it this way, at least dragon flare is in the positive range unlike Imperial Scourge, who has the most members but is dead last, so I really don't think Imperial Scourge have any place to make fun of a alliance who is merely saying they were taught by another. And Nightshade, it is no doubt you are from Imperial Scourge, unless there's another person that names himself shade, may I humbly ask you how much score you have accumlated? |

indeed it seems the most valuable "resource" is competence (strategical & tactical) -> big alliance will not lead to success automatically
