when you are entering the forum entry - then right hand side of the textbox click on "Image". A window will open where you can enter the pics adress. that will automatically lead to a tag in the style JaM described..
but i dont know how much traffic pics produce... so if you have the possibility, you should maybe better send a link to the pic than a pic itself
means:

is probably better for the traffic situation than :

for the english speaking members:
1. say the colour of the words from left on top to right down.
2. say the writed colour from left on the top, to right down
the colours are: yellow-blue-orange-black-red-green-violett-yellow-brown-orange-red-green-yellow-black-red.
Not so easy. right?
