MoC

I didn't see this covered, and I am wondering, what exactly the MoC does. I know it says recieves all messages sent to the alliance, but everyone sees those, they are alliance round. I think there should be a larger reason for having a MoC, like a council of every alliance in Spacetrace were the MoC discuss important things, like if their alliance needs help, they would represent their alliance in this council.

No, you don't have to send your message to all alliance members, and I never do that, because I just want to communicate with the MoC.
In my opinion, the MoC is quite important, although your suggestion is also a very good one Just quite hard to realize: a board included in the game ? That's because not all players are registered in the board, and misuse would be easy

I don't see how it would be "misused", its just a place to represent your alliance. And when i get messages from people outside the alliance, they always send it alliance round, and MoC dosn't recieve messages sent to individual members.
