Everytime I try to log in there´s tihs message: "you are not logged in - please press the reload button of your browser or log in again."
If I press the reload button or log in again it doesn´t change very much. What can I do to log in sucessfully?

if you have such problems, we need to know 3 things:

1. - which browser are u using (Internet Explorer 4.0, Netscape 3.0 ??? )
the game is mainly programmed on Internet Explorer 5.xx and should work with Netscape4.7x but if there are big problems with other browsers , tell us, we try to adapt the game.

2. - are your cookies turned on or off?
(a cookie stores your user login data on your computer, and it is harmless)

3. - the cache control of your browser: it should be set to "actualise pages every time"
if it is set to "automatically" or "once per session" opr so then it can cause problems

But that doesn't mean he fixed the problem at home. Actually he did not.

As Microsoft wrote in its press messages they
"tried to improve the Windows Security for the home user; especially browsing the world wide web." I think it has got something to do with the Security Options in your system settings.
You'll find them in Security in you "Systemsteuerung", I think.

I´ve already compared my security options with those from taselke...they´re almost exactly the same.

so maybe it has to do something with your cache.

you find the cache in extras -> options -> temporary internet files

there has to be "everytime a page s loaded" (or "bei jedem zugriff auf die seite")

ups.. have exactly the same problem right now: everytime i try to log in it says "you´re not logged in. hit the reload button..." and when i do like i´m told to it says the same.

Win XP Pro
IE 6.0
cookies enabled

the strange thing is that i was able to log in some hours before and really changed nothing in my preferences.

...some hours later now:

everything works fine now. but i changed nothing. also had some trouble connecting to the index page of spacetrace for some hours.
