by sending out clouds of metal enriched spores, the clouding cruiser makes it more difficult for targetting systems to lock on enemy ships, making them more difficult to be hit.
the effect is that the 4 next ships(both yours and the enemies) have virtual 1 extra lp.

No it says spores. spores are obviously from funguses or fungi... whatever! Spores come from those things not insect.

i like that but i d suggest to give them an extra of 50 than 1 lp .

why?
because it values c3 up against the fighter or destroyer style tactics. and in c3 the effect will not differ much be it 1lp or 100lp extra: it needs two cruisers to destroy another one...

hmmm i don't know. What you are doing i raising 4 ships lp +1. Now since the 4 ship are random from wat i think if someone had like 10 then 40 ship will have +1. Thats not right becuase then it will take the enemy 2 cruisers to destroy one cruiser. See wat i mean?
