this is an extra building that when built can house extra man power for more ships. different sizes could be built to hold different amounts of manpower. no idea on the battle-comand for this. the reasearch time and manpower would depend on the size barrack desired

| I have to agree, it is anohter get more mp thing, the point of this game is not just to build bigger and bigger fleets, its to find good fleets that contain ships that compliment each other |
