i think the idea of a Commander of War is quite interesting:
the CoW. could have access to a special Fleet screen, where he can see all fleets of the alliance with coords and constellation of all ships in these fleets |

and maybe there are some more special commanders possible... i could not think of that now but i think other players (like ururu) will have lots of ideas...

I think the idea is good, because the leader of the alliance cannot really see what his players are doing.
Maybe there could be a tactical commander, too, who could see all the fleets of the alliance and who could arrange them to go the best way to attack somebody.

yes but he just makes suggestions to other players.
the attack order to a fleet still must by given by the player who owns it...

Is the proposal to split the functionality of the alliance leader to two persons?
The member hiring and firing is done by the leader and the mobile transwarp and overview of the allied fleet is transferred to the WarCommander?
Or maybe the alliance leader can give certain members (the operation leaders)the possibility to see certain other members' (the ones that fly in the operation)fleet. (and revokes those rights afterwards?) |
