interdictor (class 3 ship)
when involved in combat this ship disables any enemy ships with warp capabilities, so they cannot retreat. once the interdictor is destroyed the warp is restored. the interdictor is a weak ship however and needs to be protected.
Im not sure about the manpower and the LP at the moment - what do you think?
