if you're going to ask, "what's the first lesson?" however, you chance the "que" for a "cual"
cual es la primera leccion?
leccion is a female word, so you say "la" and no "el"

el imperativo is used to give orders, at the beginning of the sentence you put ! and at the end too
for example
!get out of here!
!vete de aqui!
do you understand?

estar, is to be in a place or in a mood
