bot power (bp) (basic research)
is the perfect substitute of mp, each bp is the same as 2 mp(the bots are strongs) =)
and the only way of get this is go to the pre-warp planets and got some of it, it appears in some pre-warp planets without advise, then good luck to find it!
when you are in trhe planet you start "researching" an aproximated cuantity of 500 bp(1000 mp) for each planet you found with this
