Well, at a first look it looks balanced...
Or at least it's the first invention not belonging to me that actually is not good
for the player using it 
As for another 175 MP you can gain a DreadNought, which has 2.5 times more life, and kills class1 and class2 in addition...
You can also gain 3 cruisers for that MP, or at least 2 cruisers and 1 flamingo... With just 20mp more of course
