I remember reading somewhere that you couldn't rebuild your defense array once someone destroyed it. True, Untrue?
And what does morale do in this game. Basically what does the holo-relay-station do?

Hey, that's what we;re here for 
Anyway, :
1. You can't rebuild the array... Don't worry if you've lost it though... 
2. The holo-relay-station is just a dummy-target, it keeps 1 cruiser busy... No real effect...
