Before I comment on what I think this means? What does it mean?

| It means that all your troika modules are destroyed and have to be recreated for the next battle. you dont lose any points it just gets rid of your old troika modules so you dont keep getting ships. |

Is that destroy the Troika you loss point?
I think yes. But the module not and the module can fight.
