So nobody else can use your name so others think you are the person who is using the name. so what you did, is against the rules! Pay attention dear, I'm not even IN ICP. I just find it odd that a powerful alliance like TO needs to use spies against an alliance they apparantly consider to be their "lesser" somehow.
