Well you are right and wrong, one of borg was leader in about half the round, after that he got into vacation mode and from then on Stalker took leadership from borg.
(and i think he managed to do it quite well)
But don't come with facts which are half true....
Stalker was leader of borg collective for quite some time, he won't denie it himself!!! It is true.

hey! whatever!!! u know what!? who cares who ruled borg!!!!!!! who cares about the things from the past of this game... just play!!!!!!! if they want to attack you with 5 fleets then they attack you with 5 fleets plus... if you have an alliance then just ask for help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hell it! why are you all been such airheads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is ok if ypou declare war but man!!!! this topic is almost spamming!!!!!!!!!!
plus .. hey! ok somebody did something in nazgul and made them have twice the people or something like that... is not they are desperated they just add a few people.. is not like borg that had like 60 pleople!!!!!!!!! and hey privateers and nazgul both are great alliances let them have thieir war... sooner or later they'll end that thing!!!!

Do you really think that the war is responsabille for the falling score.
I hope you know better.
Mabey because some good players with a high score has reached the 100% (prins arkon with 111000 points), mabey because lumberjack reached the 100% and start over again with 0 points.
So you are not so good as you think!

Sorry but that is not my point. My point is Species rise much faster in the war. So do The Privateers. But The Nazgul didn't rise much.
