I love the the riddles topic, and the funny stories topic, yet no one replies to that. And I dont have any funny stories or riddles, so I cant get it up again.

Its not about important topics.
Its topics you want to bring back under attention, if needed, and can not add to the topic.
Naturally the spam topic never has to be bumped up, as well... Any post has something to add to that topic...
Or... I just thought of another use... Alliance recruitment topics. You want those to stay up so people will join right? But keeping posting messages such as ''Still in need of members'' every day to keep it up is dumb.
