The ICP Hierarchy.
Once again, I have joined this great alliance, and the change that has befallen it is unbeleivable. The alliance is so much more powerful. Its power immense. By his Majesty, the Emperor, I have been given the position of Duke. Duke Methi of the Center.
As Duke, I am entitled to 3 knights under my command. And it is for this reason that I am making this announcement.
The places of the ICP allianceare filling up so fast. Even now, there are no more Duke positions left. I am entitled to have 3 knights under my command.
So if you would like to join the ICP hierarchy and serve under me, please pm me and I will vouch for you in the alliance.
The order of power is coming into balance as we speak. Soon there will be nowhere to hide from the great ICP Hierarcy before its too late.
Serve or Die
Be consumed by power
Or become power.
The choice is up to you.

Then maybe you should try not pissing off everyone who crosses your path? As I recall, base was on your side at the outset of this war. You also threatened to bring in other alliances, but those didn't seem to like you either. Now I'm hearing that even some of your own members don't want to put their ass on the line for your ego.
Your list of allies runs short Evans, and I haven't even had to call in any special favours...
