Well in 1 year and 5 months I've never used it. You just lose another fleet slot with one stupid ship.
Besides, I never needed it, dsp and superiour tactics are enough to beat fleet setups of the enemie. |

I didnt know that it was a saucer, i didnt gain or lose points so i didnt take the time to read the br. and i had no fleets there anyway.
