What do you say about that idea?
There is the CoW, but the leader decides that he needs another CoW who can only coordinate the action of certain players, chosen by the Leader.
The SubCoW can use the Fleet Screen only for those players that are under his supervision...
This can be useful when only a few of the members are engaged in a certain operation, while the others - in another...

I think I could use it, half of the alliance speaks Spanish and some English, they live in Venezuela, they're online barely when I am 
I could hire someone /Hey BaHaMuT, interested  / to be their SubCow, tell him what they have to do and he organizes all,e.g.
I tell him "your wing takes out xxxxx of yyyy", while the rest of us stay in defense and do a diversion on his friend zzzzzzz of jjjjjjjj... So when I wake up the next morning I'll find out that the fleets are on their way, and I can coordinate the others who are awake at that time

I want a SubMoC
a SubLeader(or vicepresident )
a Suballiance
a SubTWG
and finnaly but no less important:
a Sub-marine!

but I really thing the CoW must be a lot active and a good one can do all the work...

I can't for two reasons:
1. I can't smoke at home, cause my parents don't like it / I have to aggree.. And a beer isn't a beer without half a box of cigarettes
2. I'm too lazy to go out every 2 hours for new beers... And the fridge is not big enough for more than a 2hr supply /for me that is, it's 5-6 hours for the others  /

Just a question of algebra - if my fridge is a standard one, how many boxes of cigarettes would I need?

But I really would need a sub-cow in the both situations... Imagine an alliance-vs-alliance war... So the CoW coordinates the attack, and the SubCow - the defense... Or, maybe, coordinate two simultaneous attacks...

Aham, Luis, If they both sleep there is no need for a SubCoW; And I don't like the idea to switch the CoW screen between me when I'm on-line and after that to the MoD /That's right, we have a Minister of Defense - and that's BaHaMuT / and back again...

That's correct, BaHaMuT is my MOD... Since there is not an option like this in-game I made him the MoD by simply saying which players he's in charge...

Well actually they're pretty much free...
As the alliance is fighting small local wars on many fronts so I simply made the MoD
to coordinate them; He also coordinates the Spanish part...
I however preserved my overall CoW command /and my right to sleep 2 hours more / so I coordinate the major assaults...
But let them who sleep know, that they're in for an awakening...
