I really feel that this is a bug, because there is just no other explaination for why it happened.
If this is not a bug, can someone please explain to me why only ONE of my Spectres fired its shockwave in the following BR:

Shouldn't there have been TWO shockwaves? It seems like only one fired, even though both should have because there was 20 Holo Cruisers that the Spectres wouldn't have touched.

the output get supressed if there is a zero-success (i think... but i will test it anyway)
