this research gives your Control-center some extra abilities and enhances your scans, sensors and oututs.
your fleets get an extra ensor, so if they are scanned by a trace probe, you get a message "you have been spied"

I don't like this idea so much. It will be a very useful research, but also very confusing for new players because to understand this research you have to understand the trace probe and a lot more mechanics. so its like an advanced research that gives bonus only if you are an experienced player. i'm not sure this is good...

It could be one of the final researches, so newbies don't get confused. For example it could require final exploration, which makes sense, because its about probes.
Also final exploration at the moment is very rarely researched, but if it has a following research it would be more considerable.
