what do you mean?

the new era started and so all colonies were newly shuffled and undiscovered, yes.

the challenge is, to get as much colonies in one era ( or at least as much reinforcements as possible )

I have the same problem suddenly since a few days. Sometimes the colony map is blank and not accessible anymore. It happens when you did something in the colony map, then do something else on another screen and then return to the colony map. Only solution for me was to log off and to log in again.

There are some possibilities:
1. Your fleet is in a cluster, where ROTO owns no bridge colonies. Thats currently the case in the northern and the southern cluster.
2. Your fleet is on a planet, which is not colonizable. Only planets which appear on the colony map are colonizable.
3. You don't have a colony star.

I didn't get the colony map bug today, for me it seems fixed.

i think it is no bug. pls. make sure you have a colony star with you.

p.s. the empire game is poorly documented - this will change very soon: we will make a complete guide to the colony-game.

as long as you are in the tutorial mode, you will be in some kind of "shadow-game"

leave the tutorial and you will be in the real game.

it is a bug,

you cannot skip the tutorial, if you have a navigation other than the new "float" design.

i saw, you use the "new" design, (which is not new anymore, bytheway)

i ended your tutorial mode for you, so everything should be fine now

sorry bout that, we will correct this in soon

I suggest you make a note somewhere showing what the limitations of tutorial mode are (the "shadow game"). I was concerned and thought I was doing something wrong because I couldn't find some techs (e.g. Advanced Tactics, Improved Computer Technology) when I expected them. Until some newbie helpers explained it.

there is a button now in the bottom of the map "skip tutorial"
and a text "you are in tutorial mode, not all colonies are shown"

maybe we should make the not available techs in research also vilible but gray with a hint "not availiable in newbie protection"
